Sacred Heat provides rejuvenating wellness experiences both in and out of the sauna, in partnership with trusted collaborators. Sacred Heat offers a variety of sauna rituals in and around Stavanger and Sandnes, including Aufguss, full moon rituals, yoga with Aufguss, and the increasingly popular sauna with sound healing rituals.
Sacred Heat also hosts soulful retreats outside the sauna, such as weekend wellness getaways and women’s circles.
